Photos of Colin’s Room

16 Nov

IMG_0953Finally!  Photos of Colin’s bedroom.  The paintings over the changing table/dresser are ones that Alan did inspired by some we’d seen by a Japanese artist.  He is currently doing an original one in the same style of our dog, Lady MacBeth (so the room is still a work in progress!   His name looks smaller in this photo than I think it does above his crib.  The book bin is filled with books we are eager to read to Colin; the rocker is ready for rocking him while he has a bottle (to help foster attachment) in our arms.  We do not plan to have lots of toys out in his room; we will rotate toys and books so that he is not overstimulated.

Praying that you feel better soon!!

OH Heather it’s beautiful! I can see you rocking him and reading to him. And him jumping up in his crib yelling ‘MOMMY!!!’ 🙂

I pray your cold goes away before you leave.
